Good bye 2013 - Hello 2014!

There are only two words I can think of to describe 2013 right now and that’s HECTIC and WONDERFUL. Photo-shoots, wedding fairs and engagement shoots are all part of the deal as a wedding photographer and as a business we have expanded quickly over the past year and branched out into other areas such as lifestyle shoots, pet portraits, charity work and events. We also had our work published for the first time in the brilliant Norfolk Brides magazine.

It’s been amazing, if not a little stressful at times, trying to find a decent work life balance, but I wouldn’t change the last 12 months even if I had the option to turn back time – it’s been great! All the hard work was worth it, allowing us to go on some fantastic holidays in Estonia and Croatia (can’t recommend both places highly enough!) and we purchased a new car.

Things aren’t slowing down for 2014 either and our year is already packed full of exciting projects and photo-shoots and we have been booked by some super fantastical couples. I’m looking forward to shooting at some remarkable wedding venues including: Hautbois Hall - http://www.hautboishall.com/, Southwood Hall - http://www.southwoodhall.com/ and Dragon Hall - http://www.dragonhall.org/ just to mention a few. 2014 brings the possibility of buying a house which is really rather exciting and I will be celebrating my big ol’ 30th birthday - eek!
