A bold but feminine bridal photoshoot

Before the summer, way back when it was chilly and snowing, I collaborated with two fellow female entrepreneurs in order to showcase some of our work. Our model, Polly, braved the freezing cold weather and intermittent snow showers to take part in our mini shoot - she did an exceptional job to not look frozen!

Hannah Melnyk - Artistic Director at Bohemian Love Story, has had her work featured in Italian Vogue and provided some beautiful bespoke accessories while Sophie Collins – Fashion Designer and owner of Sophie and Smith, provided two of her gorgeous couture wedding dresses.

The backdrop for the shoot was a country garden in Billingford, Norfolk and the mixture of Sophie’s fairytale-esque gowns and Hannah’s textured statement pieces gave the shoot a bold yet feminine feel.

Adrian and Emma's central Norwich wedding at St Giles House Hotel

Adrian and Emma met at an outdoor party back in 1999. Adrian plucked up the courage to ask Emma out a couple of weeks later and he told us he almost thought he had been stood up for their first date because Emma arrived fashionably late!

We were introduced to the couple through a mutual friend and when we met for the first time we hit it off instantly. We were delighted when they asked us to take their wedding photos and we jumped at the chance to be a part of their big day.

St Giles House Hotel in Norwich was the venue chosen for their ceremony and reception and it was a emotional yet fun filled day. It was so lovely to see a couple so very much in love - they couldn't keep their hands off each other all day and clearly have so much fun together! Their energy was infectious and we had a lot of laughs taking photos at their wedding, we hope you enjoy looking through a collection of some of our favourite photos.

Rob had a good laugh with the boys before the ceremony - I think it helped take Adrian's mind off his nerves, even if it was only for 10 minutes!

Emma and her bridesmaids wore some awesome hand decorated pumps - who needs heels anyway!?

A gorgeous big bouquet from Adrian was waiting for Emma in the morning

Emma gave each of her bridesmaids a beautiful individual gift, they all seemed so surprised and delighted - such a lovely touch

Well if you have an amazing roll top bath in your suite it would be rude not to incorporate it into a picture wouldn't it!
